Admissions

Admission is by application to the school. Application does not assure automatic acceptance. Students desiring admission should submit a transcript and standardized test scores from the school previously attended. This information is evaluated to determine final admission.

Crisp Academy discourages transfers during the senior year unless the transfer is necessitated by a change of residence. The academy reserves the right to refuse admittance, or to dismiss any student who has an academic or conduct record which is not in keeping with the standards set forth by the Academy. Applicants must be in good standing with the school previously attended.

Crisp Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational or admission policies.

Health Requirements

Students entering Crisp Academy must have the State's required immunizations and provide the school with a State Form 3032. A student who is not immunized because of religious objections must have a notarized affidavit stating this, and on file in the student's record. A hearing, vision, and dental screening (State Form 3300) must also be on file in the student's records, with exception of students in K-3 and K-4. A copy of a certified birth certificate is required for all students.
